The Petroleum Engineering Department welcomed prospective students and their families during NMT’s Exploration Day on October 25, 2025!
We were proud to host campus visitors, introduce our Petroleum Engineering program, and showcase our labs and facilities. Out of more than 50 students who visited campus, our department had the second-highest number of visitors, a clear sign of growing interest in petroleum engineering..
This year, for the first time, we had the opportunity to introduce our program during the event’s opening session, which helped attract more students to tour our department.
Special thanks to our outstanding graduate student volunteers, Kojo, Ebenezer, Audrey, and Kwamena, for their help in guiding tours and engaging visitors.
We’re excited to continue growing our outreach and welcoming the next generation of engineers!
